I had a really enjoyable stay at this place. The staff were friendly and the location was superb. This hotel provided excellent services and enhanced comfort throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. I appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, and the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great bonus. The Wi-Fi worked well and the luggage storage was very convenient. The hotel also offered a paid airport shuttle, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend it to friends.

The hotel we stayed at for our romantic escape was very nice. The décor was lovely and the staff were friendly. The property was very well maintained and had great common areas such as a fitness room, sauna, and hot tub. We really enjoyed the snacks and coffee area as well. the hotel was conveniently located near Lionshead Village and the slopes, allowing us to easily get around.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room entry door was very temperamental and often did not work on the first try.

The cozy room boasted a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds, while the common areas including the fitness room and hot tub were well-maintained and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with complimentary coffee and snacks available. We loved the impressive décor and proximity to the charming village.

The 2 bedroom condo was modern, new and beautiful. Beds and towels were comfortable. The technology and amenities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking. The indoor pool was a nice touch. Complimentary coffee, fruits, and cookies were a plus. The location was convenient with a shuttle service available.

The hotel had a good fitness room and the rooms were clean and quite modern-looking. The location of the hotel was excellent, just 5 minutes walking distance from some great restaurants. The pool was well-maintained and a nice spot to relax after a long day of meetings.

The front desk staff weren't very helpful, and there weren't enough staff members to help out with our queries. the room service staff didn't clean our room particularly well.
